The VARIANTHOUSE Mobile Factory is a turn-key NEOPOR^® processing plant, which was developed using the latest procedural expertise. The Mobile Factory may be used to manufacture EPS permanent formwork, insulating concrete forms (ICF) with EPS^® , Polystyrene^® or NEOPOR^®.

ICF is an innovative construction system consisting of EPS parts (EPS = expandable polystyrene, better known by the brand name of Styropor^® reinforced with metal or plastic on the building site and then filled with concrete.

If operated in two or three shifts, the factory has an annual production capacity of about two million ICF which can be used to build hundreds family homes.

The benefits of this house building system lie in its low energy requirements due to the integrated insulation (EPS), protection and strength to withstand natural disasters (tornados, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes etc.) and cost savings by the reduction in construction time.

The VARIANTHOUSE Mobile Factory contains:

• The construction of the building (l/w/h: 18x12x7,5 m / 60x39x24 feet)
• The installation of steam and compressed air system, cooling water system and treatment, electrical distribution and various piping installation modules operator training
• 6-month online support
• ICF tools 
• Consulting for application of the insulating concrete forms

Turn-key delivery and project-related relocation to any site required are possible within four weeks (without transit time).
